Just like my stir spoon, this is a versatile staple. Beloved by many a coffee (and tea) drinker for their morning ritual of mixing cream, half and half, or honey into a cup. So much so that many I’ve seen after years of use have a distinct two-tone patina where the tea or coffee has left it’s mark. These are designed with jars in mind, to scrape the last bits from the bottom. A valuable companion in jam and jelly scooping, fermented veggie dishing, pickle pickin’, condiment capturing, or getting any jarred goodie out of it’s container. I’ve known a fearless chef or two to deploy it as a dainty cooking spoon. Or simply install it in your morning drink station. Either way, it’s sure to become a favorite kitchen tool.
