We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may not be able to attend a class that you have paid for.
Unless otherwise stated on the event registration webpage, we can process refunds if notified 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. Alternatively we can credit the full amount towards any future event.
If you notify us of your need to cancel within 10 business days of the event date, your payment is not refundable.
In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel an event you will promptly receive a full refund. If we need to postpone an event we will contact you immediately and either give you a full refund or transfer your credit to the new event date.
